COMAND controller and press

confirm.
Select System and press to
confirm.
Select Text Reader and press
to
confirm.
Select Set text reader speed and press
to confirm.
A list appears. The 
dot indicates
the
current setting.
Select a setting by turning the
COMAND controller and press to
confirm.
